My favorite asana at the moment is Urdhva Dhanurasana – Wheel, I’m still training on it. The wonderful thing about Yoga is that it is a journey, and everyone of us enjoy it in a different way and a different style. And moreover I must say one year ago, it was Camatkarasana – Wild Thing Pose, as it make me feel the freedom. So everything is mutable, considering the ability of ourselves, and the period of our life!
