Benefits of Yoga

Yoga has so many benefits for body, mind and spirit!

When you hold poses for a long period, you’re improving your balance, concentration and  range of motion. Moreover you’re increasing the awareness about your body (strengths and weaknesses).

Why breath is important in Yoga?
Breathing consciously has a biological effect on our mental, emotional and physical state.
When we breathe consciously we activate different part of our brain. Unconscious breathe is controlled by medulla oblongata, the primitive part of brain. While conscious breathing come from the more evolved areas of our brain in the celebral cortex. Activating the celebral cortex, has a relaxing and calming effects on emotions.

Focusing inward doing Yoga, helps you to be more satisfied and confident with your body and less critical about it.

Yoga improves strength, boots endurance and tones up your heart, lungs and blood vessels.

Bringing movement in each direction of your spine, will help to preserve flexibility in the vertebrae.
Remember your body need to move!

Gaining strength in your core, will help your body to have a better posture and to stand tall with more confidence.

Each part of our body is important to gain equilibrium and stability. Yoga is such complete that will help to build strength in every single muscle, even the smallest and the less known.

Regular yoga practice creates mental clarity and calmness; increases body awareness; relieves chronic stress patterns.

One of the best benefits of yoga is how it helps a person manage stress, which may have devastating effects on body and mind.

When muscles are well trained, they will gain a nice and healthy shape.
